Returns & Refunds

If you want to return the items, we kindly ask that you first submit the “RMA request”. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA from InHand. Refunds will be processed after InHand receives and inspects the returned items.

1. Returns

InHand offers to return or exchange service for most items within 30 days of receiving products. If you want to return an item, just follow 4 steps.You will receive your money within 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to their account. Processing time can vary between banks.

  • Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.

  • After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.

  • Return the parcel to us. You can print the shipping label online if qualified for free return.

  • Once the parcel arrives, we will send your refund back to you.

2. Exchanges

If the replacement units are in stock, it can be shipped within 1 business day. If the replacement units are out of stock, we will inform you via email once it is shipped.

  • Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.

  • After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.

  • InHand will inspect the items once received.

  • The replacement will be shipped out.

3. Repairs (within Warranty Period)

Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) within the warranty period. InHand will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

  • Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.

  • After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.

  • The items will be shipped out after repair.

4. Order Cancellation

InHand offers Order Cancellation for all items within 24 hours of order placed. If you want to cancel your order after placing it, please submit your order cancellation request from the front page "Support-Request a Quate" as follows. Our staff will process your request within 24 hours of receiving the message. If you cancel your order within 24 hours and the order has not been shipped, there will be no charge and your payment will be refunded in full. If the order has been shipped for more than 24 hours, the cancellation request you submit will not take effect. All the costs arising from this need to be borne by the customer. In this case,you can submit a refund request after your order arrives, please refer term 1 Returns of this page for details. However, it should be noted that non-product quality problems, return requires customers to bear the freight, taxes and other related costs generated by the return.

  • Click "Support-Request a Quate" below after placing your order and fill in the "Order Cancel request" within 24 hours to get started.

  • After submit, you will receive an email Response.

  • After checking the order status, if the order is not shipped, it will be cancelled.If the order has been shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved, we will inform you by email that the order has been shipped and cannot be canceled.

  • Once the cancellation has been approved, we will send your refund back to you.

5. Order Rejection

InHand does not accept the return of products without reason. After the product has been sent, if the buyer rejects the product resulting in the return of the product, the buyer shall bear the full cost of the return of the product. Usually, when the Federal logistics company notifies InHand the buyer of the rejection, our staff will immediately contact the buyer by email to remind the buyer to sign for express delivery. After many reminders from our staff, the buyer still refused to sign for the delivery, and all the costs incurred will be borne by the buyer. After the product is returned to our warehouse and received, our staff will refund the customer, the refund will be deducted from the cost of the return.

To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days after you received the products. For eligible items, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.
