If you want to return the items, we kindly ask that you first submit the “RMA request”. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA from InHand. Refunds will be processed after InHand receives and inspects the returned items.
To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days after you received the products. For eligible items, repair requests should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.
