Returns & Refunds

If you want to return the items, we kindly ask that you first submit the “RMA request”. All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA from InHand. Refunds will be processed after InHand receives and inspects the returned items.

1. Returns

InHand offers return or exchange service for most items within 30 days of receiving of products. If you want to return an item, just follow 4 steps.

Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.
After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.
Return the parcel to us. You can print the shipping label online if qualified for free return.
Once the parcel arrives, we will send your refund back to you.

2. Exchanges

If the replacement units are in stock, it can be shipped within 1 business day. If the replacement units are out of stock, we will inform you via email once it is shipped.

Click "Return Items You Ordered" below and fill in the "RMA request" to get started.
After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.
InHand will inspect the items once received.
The replacement will be shipped out.

3. Repairs (within Warranty Period)

Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) within the warranty period. InHand will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

After approval, you will receive an email with our address and request ID.
InHand will inspect the items once received. Enjoy free repairs. For more details, visit InHand Warranty Policy.
The items will be shipped out after repair.

To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days after you received the products. For eligible items, repair requests should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.
