Why ODU302

All-in-One Outdoor 4G

Built-in omnidirectional antennas and IP65 enclosure in one compact device. No external antennas, feeder cables, or waterproof boxes needed.

Dual Redundant Power

Supports both PoE 802.3af and DC 9–36V terminal input. Millisecond-level automatic switchover if either source fails.

Triple Uptime Protection

Hardware watchdog self-check, dual-SIM cellular backup, and cellular/wired dual-link mutual backup for uninterrupted service.

-40°C to +70°C Rated

Industrial-grade wide temperature range. Survives scorching sun, extreme cold, dust storms, and heavy rain without additional protection.

Enterprise VPN Suite

IPsec, L2TP, PPTP, OpenVPN, WireGuard, and ZeroTier support. Stateful inspection firewall meets compliance requirements for encrypted business data.

Cloud Batch Management

Device Manager cloud platform enables centralized remote configuration, firmware upgrades, traffic statistics, and fault alarms across thousands of devices.

ODU302 compact design with built-in antennas, no external rods

One device. Zero accessories.

Traditional outdoor setups require a router, external antennas, feeder cables, and a waterproof enclosure. The ODU302 integrates everything into a single 164 × 50 × 130 mm unit weighing just 500 g. Two built-in 4G antennas and one Wi-Fi antenna deliver omnidirectional coverage without alignment or maintenance.

ODU302 dual power input: PoE 802.3af and DC 9-36V terminal block

Two power sources. Zero downtime.

The ODU302 accepts both IEEE 802.3af PoE over Ethernet and a wide-range DC 9–36V terminal input. Both sources are monitored in parallel in real time, with millisecond-level automatic switchover if either fails. Works with shop PoE switches, equipment weak-current cabinets, or solar power systems.

ODU302 three mounting options: top-mount, wall-mount, and pole-mount

Three ways to mount. Every scenario covered.

Top-mount directly on cabinet enclosures — no in-cabinet space or drilling required. Wall-mount on exterior concrete or steel surfaces. Pole-mount on surveillance or lighting poles with the included hose-clamp kit. One SKU adapts to any outdoor deployment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between ODU302 and ODU12?

ODU302 is a 4G LTE Cat.4 outdoor router delivering 150 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up, designed for cost-sensitive industrial and commercial deployments. ODU12 is a 5G outdoor router with Wi-Fi 7, delivering up to 7.01 Gbps for bandwidth-hungry applications. Choose ODU302 when you need reliable outdoor connectivity at a lower cost; choose ODU12 when you need maximum speed and future-proofing.

Does ODU302 support 5G?

No. The ODU302 supports 4G LTE Cat.4 (150 Mbps DL / 50 Mbps UL) with fallback to 3G and 2G networks. It does not support 5G. If you require 5G speeds, please consider the InHand ODU12.

What carriers does the ODU302 support?

ODU302-NAC4 (North America) supports LTE bands B2/B4/B5/B12/B13/B14/B66/B71 and WCDMA B2/B4/B5. It has completed FCC, IC, PTCRB, Verizon, and T-Mobile certifications. AT&T certification is currently in progress. ODU302-EUC4 covers Europe and Asia-Pacific with CE compliance.

How does dual redundant power work?

The ODU302 has two independent power inputs: PoE 802.3af via the Ethernet port and DC 9–36V via a 4-pin terminal block. Both are monitored in real time. If the primary source fails, the device switches to the backup source in milliseconds without rebooting or dropping connections. This is ideal for unattended sites where power reliability is critical.

What installation options are available?

Three mounting methods are included in the box: top-mount on cabinet enclosures (no drilling needed), wall-mount on exterior walls with screws, and pole-mount on round poles with hose clamps. The compact 164 × 50 × 130 mm form factor fits almost any outdoor surface.

How does the cloud management platform work?

ODU302 natively integrates with InHand Device Manager, a cloud-based platform for centralized remote O&M. After onboarding, you can monitor device status, push configurations, upgrade firmware, view traffic statistics, and receive fault alarms across thousands of devices from a single dashboard. SNMP v1/v2c/v3 and email alerts are also supported.
